Piqzi is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains exactly what that means.
Piqzi does not require an account, a login, or an email address to use. We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or processes your personal information, and we do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose — because we never receive it in the first place.
Everything you enter into Piqzi — your name (optional), the credit cards you've selected as your own, and your logged purchase history (store, category, card used, amount, and estimated rewards) — is stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. It is never transmitted off your phone.
You can reset all of this data at any time from within the app (Settings → Reset all data), which immediately and permanently clears your name, cards, learned stores, and purchase history from your device. Uninstalling the app also removes all of it.
To show recognizable logos next to your cards and recently-used stores, Piqzi requests small icon images from a public favicon service (Google) using only the relevant company's domain name (for example, "chase.com"). No personal information, device identifier, or user data is included in these requests — they're the same kind of request your browser makes to load a website's icon.
Piqzi does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking software of any kind.
Piqzi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, since the app doesn't collect information at all.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Since Piqzi doesn't collect contact information from you, we won't be able to notify you directly — check back here if you have concerns.
